I used SilkSVN to install the command line SVN utilities. Netbeans requires some sort of command line SVN executables to communicate with your Subversion servers. I just choose SilkSVN because it was easy to install on Windows.

So, i did a short amount of searching to try and find out what is going on with this extra free font path reference error message. Like you, I wasn't able to find a solution to getting rid of it; however, it does appear to be a false alarm warning that has been removed as a solution to bug #502604. The developer said, "This warning was silenced a while ago, closing the bug." The bug report shows an inclusive list of versions this message can be ignored for, so if the package you're using is before these you can probably safely ignore this message.

Thanks for the fast reply. I did a lot of search for this error. Some of them actually were referring to dbus. However I didn't mess with dbus and I won't. Just wanna overcome this error.

Or I've been looking in wrong fields? got myself confused :/

Your last error is not related to the dbus, this is a missing/incompatible font. Most of these missing fonts where fixed in step 2. I'm not 100% on if this is a missing font or a conflict two similar fonts, the error message says there is two references and there should only be one. Wish i could offer more help, but i wouldn't do anything with dbus to resolve this issue. I'd try googling Xvfb font resolution.

it helped me got rid of errors. Thank you!
I have one last error remaining:

FreeFontPath: FPE "/usr/share/fonts/X11/misc" refcount is 2, should be 1; fixing.

I think it has something to do with the dbus. My ubuntu is running my webserver and I'm afraid by removing dbus I cause trouble to my site? Can you be more clear about the dbus? or how can I get rid of my last error?
