Netbeans requires some sort of command line SVN executables to communicate with your Subversion servers. I just choose SilkSVN because it was easy to install on Windows. Like you, I wasn't able to find a solution to getting rid of it; however, it does appear to be a false alarm warning that has been removed as a solution to bug #502604. The developer said, "This warning was silenced a while ago, closing the bug." The bug report shows an inclusive list of versions this message can be ignored for, so if the package you're using is before these you can probably safely ignore this message. I did a lot of search for this error. Some of them actually were referring to dbus. However I didn't mess with dbus and I won't. Just wanna overcome this error.
